Trafalgar Square

Trafalgar Square has been the centre of democratice protest in London for over two hundred years and is just a stones throw away from Covent Garden, Southbank, Leicester Square and Piccadilly

This beautiful square is famous for Nelson's column, the Lions at his feet and the lovely fountains.

These are all overlooked by the majestic and very popular National Gallery which offers many educational facilities, a European restaurant and recently opened café .

A few yards away from the square is the National Portrait Gallery which also has cafés, lounge, bar and restaurant with panaromic views of London.
