The menu changes regularly and features many ingredients sourced directly from New Zealand and Australia.

Typically, you might find dishes such as sautéed kangaroo strips, tempura of rock oysters and green shell mussels wrapped in bacon with pesto.

Desserts are equally dynamic, including the classic "hokey pokey" ice cream. The wine list is unashamedly "New World", offering strong and robust flavours.

Three courses will cost an average of £30 per person.
