Eurostar


St Pancras London The newly restored St Pancras station is now the new London home for Eurostar which used to be based at Waterloo station.


The station and famous red brick Gothic Chambers and train shed recently underwent an £800 million face-lift.


The new Channel Tunnel Rail Link was upgraded at a cost of £5.8 billion and was officially opened on 6 November 2007.


This new high speed railway line will run from St Pancras International through Kent and on to the the Channel Tunnel.


The journey time from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord has now been reduced by twenty minutes and will take just 2 hours 15 minutes, and to Brussels in 1 hour 51 minutes.


As well as having the St Pancras Grand Restaurant, Oyster and Champagne Bar , this lovely new station contains sixty fashionable shops, cafes, restaurants and will soon house a 5 star hotel.

Getting Here

The station is situated in the London Borough of Camden between the new British Library and King's Cross station.
