Soho London
...Hot Spot in London's West End
Soho London is a very trendy district in the center of London filled with restaurants, clubs, bars and shops.
Soho Square is just a few minutes walk from Oxford Street and the place Londoner's come to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
The streets are filled with an abundance of restaurants, bars and clubs, and with so much choice it's the ideal place for a long night out or pub crawl.
The defining of Soho is much disputed, as their are no set boundaries. Some people include Chinatown and Shaftesbury Avenue, but others don't.
Old Compton Street - Soho London

Historically linked with the sex industry, Soho is now better known as a fashionable hub and Old Compton Street is the center of London's gay and lesbian community.
The 2is Coffee Bar used to be in Old Compton Street and now there's a plaque showing exactly where it was (now the Mediterranean Restaurant).
This was the birthplace of British Rock 'N Roll and the popular music industry.
Frith Street (Little Italy)

If you love Italian food then this is the place to come as there are many restaurants such as
Little Italy Soho.
Garlic and Shots on Frith Street is a popular choice amongst those who are daring enough, and a must for garlic lovers! With its rock fuelled atmosphere and quirky interior, it is highly recommended for at least one garlic beer (or a regular beer for those with vampiric tendencies!).
Don't forget to visit the iconic Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club at 47 Frith Street which has been there since 1965 (founded in Gerrard Street in 1959).
Berwick Street - Soho London
An atmospheric little street with a small market open from Monday-Saturday and record shops.
Wander a little way up Berwick Street towards Brewer Street and you will find Madame JoJo's, an exciting and warm, atmospheric venue which hosts nights from the vaudeville, cabaret and burlesque inspired to the long running art-punk, indie electro night White Heat.
Fashionable Clubs in Soho London
Some of London's most popular and fashionable clubs are in Soho, including
Punk, a stylish club and favourite amongst celebrities. Here you can indulge in nights dedicated to showcasing up and coming bands and cabaret, in a lavishly decorated venue.
Soho has a huge array of gay and lesbian bars and clubs, some of the most famous including Freedom Bar and Shadow Lounge.
G-A-Y Bar on Old Compton Street offers cheap drinks and pop music over three busy floors. Candy Bar, which was recently subject of the Channel 5 documentary 'Candy Bar Girls', is London's most famous lesbian venue on Carlisle Street.
