Surrounding a central cocktail bar, you can choose between the fine dining restaurant offering modern European cuisine with British influences, and the more relaxed grill for light, less formal a la carte meals.

Capturing the creative energy of 21st century London, Skylon's kitchen is led with love and a light touch by Helena Puolakka, one of the shining stars among female Head Chefs.

Coupled with her Finnish origins, Helena's talents come to the fore in the main restaurant, the grill's all day dining menu and the excellent children's menu too. Signature dishes include Denham Estate Venison Carpaccio, served with pickled beets, toasted hazelnuts and cabernet sauvignon dressing in the restaurant, as well as the grill's Homemade Organic Gravadlax and Skylon Risotto.
