Museum in Docklands

The Museum in Docklands is great for children and all the family to visit.

The museum is in one of the most lovely locations just two minutes walk from West India Quay and close to the financial hub of London's Canary Wharf.

Find out about the history of London's River, Port and People. The period covers the time from the Roman settlement of the port to the recent regeneration of London's former Docklands into one of the most stunning areas of London.

Housed in a late Georgian warehouse the museum is spread over five floors with twelve major permanent galleries which cover the long history of economic and social change until the present day. There's a children's gallery, temporary exhibitions, education services, functions suites, restaurant and shop.
