allegiance to the Queen just as Dick Whittington did all those years ago.
The return procession finishes at Mansion House at 2.30pm.

Firework Display at 5.00pm
The fireworks are launched from a barge on the Thames
between Waterloo and Blackfriars Bridge at 5.00pm and lasts for 15 minutes. This
spectacular event is a pyrotechnic orgy of giant fireworks shooting into the sky over
the River Thames and definitely not to be missed!
The display includes more than half a tonne of giant fireworks, some of which shoot over 600ft into the sky before exploding, and takes a team of eight pyrotechnicians two days to set it all up. For the best view of all head down to Victoria Embankment.
The road will be closed to traffic this year so there's plenty of room.
Other good places to view the
firework display are from Victoria Embankment, Blackfriars Bridge, Waterloo Bridge or
on Southbank
between the National Theatre and the Tate
Modern.
