Check out the route on the Lord Mayor's Show website and then choose a place to view the festival from.

The procession starts in the City of London from Mansion House and winds it's way through the cheering crowds to the Royal Courts of Justice. This is where the Lord Mayor swears allegiance to the Queen just as Dick Whittington did all those years ago.

Firework Display
The fireworks are launched from a barge on the Thames between Waterloo and Blackfriars Bridge at 5.00pm and lasts for 15 minutes.

This spectacular event is a pyrotechnic orgy of giant fireworks shooting into the sky over the River Thames. Definitely not to be missed!

Good places to view the firework display are from Victoria Embankment, Blackfriars Bridge, Waterloo Bridge or on Southbank between the National Theatre and the Tate Modern.
