London parks and gardens are great places to escape from the hustle and bustle of this very exciting city.

There are plenty of very beautiful parks and gardens right in the center of London where you can relax and chill out.

Have a picnic, lay in the sun or go to one of the many excellent cafès or restaurants and enjoy dining al fresco.

If you enjoy jogging or yoga you'll have lots of company as many people enjoy keeping fit in London.

The parks are always full of people jogging, power walking, cycling and playing tennis and there are some excellent tennis courts at Holland Park (main entrances Kensington High Street & Holland Park Avenue).

The Royal Parks hold many events and concerts throughout the year such as Le Tour in St James's and Hyde Park and Hyde Park Winter Wonderland.

During the summer months you can enjoy theatre and opera in Holland Park and Regents Park and many parks such as Kensington Gardens have puppet shows and huge annual concerts where people such as Sting and Bob Dylan perform.
