Fantastically fresh fish is Livebait's simple philosophy, and one that this informal and friendly Waterloo branch of the restaurant has mastered. A simple monochrome tiled interior doesn't detract from the spectacular seafood on offer, from old favourites such as fish and chips to creative dishes like seared sea bass fillets with ginger.
