If you're looking for bargains pop into Office Sale Shop at 61 St Martins Lane (Tel: 020 7497 0390) where there's a permanent sale of shoes.
There are many shops tucked away amongst the cobbled stone streets of Neals Yard. Famous with all who visit London this is a great area if you're vegetarian and like great veggie food and new-age books.
Very popular travel bookshop in Covent Garden with a huge selection of books and maps plus a newly opened coffee shop (back entrance in Floral Street). Peter Rabbit and Friends is a lovely shop in Covent Garden Market selling the world famous Beatrice Potter books and character merchandise.

The Covent Garden Tea House stocks one of the largest and best ranges of tea in London and is a great little shop for lovers of tea. The West Cornwall Pasty Company is a chain of shops selling delicous pasties and the theme of this shop is Pirates! Great terrace and cosy bar at the top of the shop overlooking the market. The Walk In Backrub shop is in Neals Yard and it's a wonderful place to go if you need a quick lift.
Chocolate lovers will love Thorntons as it's stocked with an enormous array of mouthwatering chocolates.
Whittards of Chelsea has stores across the UK selling a lovely range of popular china, tea and coffee. Well worth visiting if you want to buy something special.
