Yo Sushi - Russell Square

YO! Sushi, the uber-cool iconic Japanese restaurant chain is based on the concept of a 'kaiten' (conveyor belt) sushi bar from which customers can help themselves to colour-coded dishes (priced between £1.70 and £5.00) and order their drinks via airline-style call buttons, with all empties simply counted at the end of the meal for the bill.
